Depoe Hills - Our New Neighbor

For those curious about our new neighbor, Depoe Hills, this folder will be updated occasionally with information and pictures. You may have noticed this development which is going in up the hill to the east of VNP on Lillian Lane.

The developers have a slick website here. A realtor, Cascade Hasson, has a webpage here, with information about properties for sale.

This development is on 131 acres with plans for single family housing, town homes, parks, trails, and commercial businesses. Most single family housing is priced north of $1M. About a dozen homes and one set of 12 town homes have been built so far. Ocean and mountain views from higher elevations of the development are spectacular.

In the long term, Depoe Hills will likely help to maintain VNP property values as it draws interest and businesses to the north end of Depoe Bay.
